Don’t Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Gamble!
If you like to have a cocktail ever so often, keep your money at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your purse, your billfold, and leave all cash, credit cards and chequebooks at home. Pack whatever money you intend to spend on drinks, tips and few dollars you expect to lose and keep the rest behind.
Contemptuous? Not by any means. Just realistic. You may well have a win following a boozy evening out with your comrades and be blessed sufficiently to hit a long toss at a smokin craps table. Keep that account because it’s as brief as it gets if you consistently drink and wager. The pair just do not mix.
Keeping your moola out of the casino is a little dramatic, but precautionary actions for dramatic behavior is essential. If you bet to win, then do not drink alcohol and play. If you like to blow your assets nary a worry, then consume all the gratis booze your stomach can handle, but do not take credit cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of going after losses after your dead drunk self loses all the cash!
Allow me to take this one step more. do not drink alcohol and then jump on to the internet to bet in your favorite internet casino either. I enjoy a beverage from the coziness of my apartment, but because I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards in close proximity, I can not drink and bet.
Why? Even though I do not drink a lot, once I drink, it is absolutely sufficient to blur my common sense. I gamble, so I do not consume alcohol when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. The two mix up for a decimating, and crazy, drink.
